APPLE HEALTHKIT DATA

User data collected from Apple Health will never be used for marketing or advertising purposes..

If you choose to have Our App integrate with HealthKit then the application will have access only to the health data types you opt-in to access.

The health data read from HealthKit is used for display within the app. It is not collected or disclosed outside of your local installation of the app. Only those data types relevant to the app are accessed.

In no case is your health data ever transfered to a 3rd party. It is only ever kept within the application container of Our App or transfered to your personal HealthKit data store as per your permission choices.

USE OF YOUR DATA

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate and improve our services;
• Provide user and other support, including to our third-party business partners;
• Provide you with information when you enter participating local venues;
• Carry out other purposes that are disclosed to you and to which you consent.

We do not disclose your health related data, physical activity data or health related goal data to any 3rd parties without your express permission.

Deleting Your Data

You have the right to delete your data. You may do so via the contacting our data protection officer at [email protected]. Deletion requests will be completed within 30 days of receiving confirmation, your information will be entirely deleted from that data.
